I've worked with my Mum (Chocolate Jo) for various periods since I was twelve years old at her company Kokoh Chocolate where I still make all her chocolate bars.
Having spent five years working in the speciality coffee idustry I've always been interested in terroir and traceability.
After trying my first single origin chocolate bar and learning more about the chocolate industry as a whole I started making my own single origin bean to bar chocolate... and am now mega psyched to bring you our monthly subscription from Stone Love.

Perma stoked and a minor celebrity in the Surrey Hills for running her own award winning chocolate business. You won't find anyone more excited to talk chocolate!
Mostly a mentor to me right now but may well come on board to lend a hand with chocolate making in the future.
